What is Banks Home Building’s renovation and new home construction process?
Here’s how we create a pleasant experience for you:
Consultation and Estimate:
We dig deep into your vision. We believe no detail is too small when it comes to your home. We want you to feel comfortable asking questions and we will answer them honestly. We build trust by listening to you and serving your best interests with integrity. Then we will give you a realistic estimate of costs and time to completion.
The Pre-Construction Process:
This involves our discussion of allowances and specific needs/wishes for your project. This is a huge step in helping the team to stay within budget and in preventing delays. Our goal is to eliminate as many surprises as possible!
The Building/Renovating Process:
Your project will look stunning, but it’s the details you can’t see that truly make the difference in the quality of your new home, remodel or addition. We go out of our way to remove the hassles and headaches that can be associated with construction projects with strategic planning on the front end. Your project will have a superintendent to ensure you are enjoying your home as soon as possible. We will communicate with you daily to answer questions and keep you in the loop about your project. Open communication will allow us to build a relationship established on trust.
The Finished Project
Once your home is complete, we will review every nook and cranny with you. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with even the smallest details!
We provide a warranty for one year after completion. If you EVER experience an installation-related problem with your project, we will always be available to fix it.
How does your pricing compare to other companies?
While we aren’t always the least expensive option, we aren’t the most costly either. We offer a fair price for exceptional craftsmanship, quality materials and for the individualized attention you will receive. A smoothly project that is completed on time and within budget doesn’t happen by accident. That’s why we believe we offer you superior market value.
What happens if something goes wrong during construction?
We’ve been building and remodeling since 1991. In that time, we’ve experienced various hitches, hiccups, setbacks and snafus! What’s more important is how these are handled. Our professionals are proactive problem solvers, and we do whatever it takes to get the job done — without cutting corners.
I haven’t settled on a new design plan for my home yet; can you help me?
